Yes,...the County did sent out a letter in early March 2010 stating that they would "voluntarily" attempt to lower your property tax bill, however, we recommend that you file the Property Tax Revaluation Form before JUNE 30, 2010 (see below).

The Sacramento County Assessor allows taxpayer property owners to appeal the assessed values of their homes between July 1st - November 30th annually.
